Hello Sir, Rolex? Omega? DVD? DVD? Part 2.

Hello Sir, Rolex? Omega? DVD? DVD?

*whispers*

sexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx DVD? local?

LV? Prada?

how can i help you sir? i want to help you. you tell me.

ok..

i'm back from Shanghai..

this time, the touts irritate me.. coz there were not that many ppl in Xiang-Yang, and they were too free...

i heard that Xiang-Yang market is closing down.. that will be so sad.. where else can we get fake stuffs then..

then i have to change all my Shanghai flights to Beijing.. but then again, i'm sure a new market will appear somewhere else coz these ppl need to make a living too.. so they'll just shift..

arrived at Xiang-Yang at 6pm, with the Inflight Supervisor, Jeshua, and 2 other crew, Elsa and Serena..

we made plans to split up and meet at 8.. so i had abt 2 hours to shop..

it took me abt 15 mins to complete all my shopping needs.. and coz i didnt expect to spend much money.. i changed only $50 at the hotel..

and i spent that $50 in 15 mins.. so i thought.. ok lar.. i go to the ATM machine and withdraw some more money..

queued up for abt 10 mins coz the queue was damn long.. so when i got to the machine, oh gawddammit.. i left my ATM card in my hotel room..

shit.. and i was left with totally ZERO in cash..

i decided to walk ard the main street.. Shaanxi Road.. to look for a money changer..

walked and walked and turned into lanes after lanes..

not even a single one..

i went into several hotels and they didnt wanna change for foreigners who are not their hotel guests..

i'm so sorry, but i cant help it if i'm staying at the Sheraton instead of a 2 star hotel..

obviously.. at 6.30pm, all the banks are closed..

so i decided to just walk around sightseeing alone..

went to the Dr Sun Yat Sen residence, but didnt enter.. and walked along Shaanxi Road.. itz like the Orchard Road of Shanghai.. where the upclass boutiques are..

Muslims are normally apprehensive abt going to China coz they dont wanna end up eating Halal Pork.. but thatz actually a misconception.. especially in Beijing.. coz therez a huge number of China Muslims.. and itz easy to get Halal food there..

i came across a Muslim man selling satay on the streets.. itz just meat skewed on a stick.. no sauce.. just spices added to it before itz grilled.. so itz easy to eat..

Mr Satayman..

and i came across a store owned by a Muslim..

finally... i came across a post office.. China Post.. and decided to try my luck there.. the staff there couldnt understand English.. and pointed me to one guy who does..

so he explained to me that they dont change money there.. but since they do wire transfers for Western Union, he could just change a lil bit of money for me..

yey.. my life saver..

so i managed to change another $50, and went back to Xiang-Yang to finish most of it..

met up with the rest at 8pm, and took a cab back to the hotel.. placed our shopping stuffs in the room, and went out for dinner..

after dinner, the girls wanted to go for a massage nearby.. and i headed to the hotel cafe drinks with the IFS..

i started writing this blog at 12 midnight just now.. and fell asleep twice while blogging.. heh..

i better get back to sleep now..

Happy Valentine's Day to everyone.. i had a date with 200 mainland China passengers just now..
